POSH Enquiry Process

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act makes employers responsible for ensuring safety of women at workplaces.

 

The Act requires employers to set up an ‘internal committee’ for redressal of sexual harassment complaints and prescribes the entire enquiry process.
