Domestic Enquiry Process

A domestic enquiry is an internal hearing procedure made for an employer to evaluate the alleged misconduct by an employee and impose a penalty if found guilty. The objective of the domestic enquiry procedure is also to protect employees from unfair dismissal by providing them an opportunity to be heard.
